Smile America Partners is a 25+ year old dental service organization supporting 20+ separate dental professional practices across the country. To help build a common culture under one umbrella–The Smile Way Group–the team developed 12 isms, or core values. Publicom illustrated each of the values using mascot, “Teddy the Tooth” (named through an employee contest) and rolled them out to the team using various tactics including internal events, printed flipbooks, banners and an online presence. Together, this team brings dental to more than 500,000 underserved schoolchildren each year. We’re happy to help them on their Smile Way journey!
